Expert insight: Common tax concerns when working from home

The numbers of people working from home have rocketed since the start of the pandemic in spring 2020, and research suggests that nine out of ten employees who have worked at home during lockdown would like to continue doing so in some capacity in the future.

This change will impact on employers and employees in many ways. Employers will need to get to grips with employment law relating to home working, and both parties need to be aware of the tax implications of working from home.

Richard Turner and Lewin Higgins-Green have put together a comprehensive guide covering everything you need to know about tax implications when staff work from home (both in the UK and abroad).
